The history

L'Osteria Alla Goccia was born in 2013 from the idea of the Bibbiani family, after decades of experience in the field of catering and the production of bread and wine.

The restaurant offers appetizers, first and second courses, pizzas and desserts. Everything is accompanied by excellent home-produced wine and craft beers.

To maintain "the flavor of the past" our dough is made with stone-ground flour.

With this type of grinding the grain of wheat is physically crushed between two stones, shredded and crushed.

The flour originating from this process thus maintains all the nutritional elements of the grain of wheat inside.
